This year celebrate a clean and green Diwali.  Everybody celebrate Diwali. but not celebrate a green Environment clean Diwali representation. This year Diwali comes on 7th November 2018. Diwali is the most important festival in India. Diwali or Deepavali is one of the most important festivals in the Hindu calendar and is celebrated in India and the world over with great pomp and fervor. People spring clean their homes, decorate them with beautiful rangoli (patterns made of colored powder or rice), wear new clothes, offer prayers at home and at temples and greet each other with gifts and sweets. Children and grown-ups alike, burst firecrackers in what has become a quintessential feature of the festival. It’s a  joyous occasion for one and all.

Apart from the above four points, the most important reason why we must celebrate a Green Diwali is to save the environment. It is usually around this season that the lowest layer of atmosphere is filled with smog when smoke combines with fog. The condition is worst in metropolitan cities and urban hubs.  Limit the use of cheap plastic decorative items. These are not eco-friendly and cannot be disposed-off post-Diwali. Reduce your carbon footprint by saying no to items made with cheap plastic and other non-biodegradable materials.

Keep Calm and Have a green Diwali 2 018
